- Purpose and necessity: Records are used only to prepare a treatment shortlist and, if you ask for it, to obtain a specialist opinion from a partner hospital. They are not used for advertising.
- De-identified matching: Matching compares the details you confirm against our treatment catalogue. It does not produce a diagnosis.
- Storage: Records are held in mainland China and are not transferred outside China.
- Retention: Records are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, and are deleted when you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete them.
- Withdrawal: You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@medtourchina.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
- Children: For patients under 18, consent must be given by a parent or legal guardian.
